PARTNER TERMS & CONDITIONS

General information: New Student Driver, LLC has a mission - to make the Student Driver car flag an international symbol for driving safety. The purpose of the PARTNER program is to build a strong relationship between PARTNER and NSD, LLC. Together we can work toward achieving this valuable and life saving mission together.

PARTNER Representation

PARTNER represents that product purchased by PARTNER under this agreement will be resold or provided to PARTNER's customers. Any resale of product by PARTNER other than represented shall constitute a material breach of this agreement. Nothing in this agreement is intended to grant any rights to the PARTNER with regard to any and all rights of the Company’s rights to patents or copyrights. The PARTNER agrees not to use or share any Confidential Information (to include, but not limited to product concept, pricing, deliverable) disclosed to it by the Company for its own or any associates/affiliates use.

Agreement Cancellation

  • This agreement may be cancelled immediately by NSD, LLC in case NSD, LLC finds the PARTNER to be violating this agreement or to be harmful to NSD, LLC’s business or reputation. Any knowledge gained during the Partnership must still be kept under non-disclosure and may not be used to create competing products or act in harmful way to NSD, LLC’s business or reputation.
  • Accepting this agreement in no way holds PARTNER responsible to purchase or sell NSD, LLC flags in any way.
  • Both the PARTNER and NSD, LLC may cancel this agreement at any time.
  • In case cancellation of the agreement, all PARTNER rights and NSD, LLC responsibilities are immediately void. All outstanding financial responsibilities by PARTNER must be met within 30 days prior to final cancellation.
